That's right.
When you get the then euthanization place, simply go into that consol and type ent_create_portal_weight_box, put it on top of the euthaizer, and euthanize it, the game thinks you have done it to WCC! BUT unfortunately, you have to leave him behind, or he will get fizzled in the Emancipation grille.
