Who else has kinda wondered if they have periods? Or is that pee replaced with blood. Of course its the blood from the guts and head etc. But who else has kinda laughed at this and really jus... shot em for peing in those really good pants?

Look at their chest closely, they turn into barnacles.

When their entire upper area is torn open, I'd imagine there being alot of blood pouring downwards, therefore staining their pants.

i thought they were like to gather food and some were and that was how they ate and stored it. all the organs r supposed to be eaten up or i think morphed into a huge stomach for storage
