Zombines and zombies can go back to sleep!

In the lowlife level, I noclipped at the beginning to a place that are full of sleeping zombies n zombines. When I woke one up, it stood up but it doesn't see me. (Dunno why) Then later it goes back to sleep if you wait a while. The zombine makes this sighing noise and goes back to sleep. It's kinda funny! Lol!

I don't think screenshots would really help describe the scene. How do i record videos? I wanna try posting a video.

You could get Fraps (just google it). The free version is pretty usefull, even though it limits the length of a video to 30 sec and puts a fairly small watermark on to. I don't know where the best place to upload it would be. Google Video or Youtube I suppose.

Ok ill try fraps. its longer than 30 seconds though. ill just start recording after a while after the zombine wakes up.

Haha, they do. Well, some of them. I only tried out the regular zombies. Didn't get to the Zombine part. Only some zombies seem to do it. If you want to try it out, noclip to the first in the dark bit, after that first crawl though the vent bit. The zombie that's sleeping in the open in front of you should go back to sleep. I can't find where I installed fraps on my pc (the folder gets moved around a lot since it's so big). The go back to sleep animation is pretty lousy, they sort of just quickly go back to sleep. Still a cool find though. Good job.

You could just use the HL2 demo recording feature.

What hl2 demo feature? I didn't want to record the video because my episode 1 was updating and it was taking hours just to finish. It is still updating now still at about 2 hours left. So ill record and upload video in 2 hours. It does work on zombines too. Those dudes were the first ones i saw that went to sleep.
