Greetings all,

Just wanted to take a few minutes to register & say howdy to everyone here. My brother in law is a long time poster here & thought it's about time I registered as well. I'm not sure what all info I should add here in my very first post, so here goes:

Name: Jeff a.k.a "MRG" - MRG is short for "Mobile Repair Guy" My nickname from my days as a Cadillac mechanic. I would go out to the local farms and work on their vehicles since the farmers didn't have time to bring their Caddi's in.
Age: A very young 32
Location: Central Valley, California
Occupation: IT, Customer Service, Mechanic, Iron Worker.. You name it, I have prob done it.
Work: Currently Unemployed due to my last boss being wanted for fraud. Damn him, I never got my last paycheck!
Interests: Rock & Ice Climbing, Fishing, camping, Skiing & building & playing PC Games on custom PC's. ( However, I got a Wii for Christmas & I friggen love it!)
Why I registered: More than once I have seen my brother in law posting here. Decided to join up myself. From what I have seen, HL2.net looks like a great site with alot of great members as well as general info covering pretty much everything I find interesting.
Websites I currently own: None, but I do Tech support & Game Reviews for 4. http://www.pppgaming.org, http://www.nsffamily.com, http://www.thegamerssyndicate.com & http://www.gamehacking.co.uk.
How did you hear about the site: Brother in law, as well as general online searches.
Any additional information: - Well, this is a hard section to fill. I don't want to bore anyone nor do I want to sound like i'm bragging. I enjoy every aspect of the great outdoors & I greatly respect mother nature. My biggest passion is fishing, with playing/working on PC's coming in a very close second. I'm married with one daughter who is my best friend, even though I am a little on the strict side... ok, make that way on the strict side. I have lived in over 8 different countries worldwide thanks to my dad. (non-military). I am an extremely avid PC gamer. I enjoy working on PC's and am always learning something new. I remember way back when, when the Commodore 64 was hot technology & all my friends wanted to come over & play on mine. (Damn EA even had their hands in games back then! The most played game was some flight sim, but I forget the name.) Like I mentioned above, I do tech support for a few online gaming websites which is alot of fun being as I get to help others. Well thats all i'll post now since I bet most of you have already fallen asleep from bordom reading this.

You didn't really have to post all of that information.
Since we mainly use this section to scare off the new members. ;)

That aside, welcome.
I rather enjoy fishing too... but there's not alot of great spots here in Boston though, most of the lakes and ponds just have crappy and perch.
I've caught a few small and large mouth bass here and there though.

Who's your brother in law?

And welcome :) don't be put off by the responses in this section, like xlucidx said it's mostly people being weird here.

For a second there I thought you were an advertising bot for 3rd Rock From The Sun DVDs or summin'.

Hehe, me too. The moderation dragon power punch was primed and ready. Welcome to halflife2.net, it's safer here.

Oh and I'd also be interested to know who your brother in law is?

Welcome....dont trust any of these people, LIES

I'm still confused as to the thread title. You've never seen the show *BLASPHEMY!!!* but you put it in your title.

Unless you're being true like astrological, and are saying Earth sends greetings...

Anyway, welcome.

Of course I have heard of the show, I just never watched it is all. As for the title of the post, it was meant as a joke. I see now, that once again my lame sense of humor reared it's ugly head...
