A new mod for gmod

I have an idea, of new mod for gmod.
Total darkness (or dorkness if you wish) It's simple but fun. The maps will be totally dark, so you have to use flashlight to see where u go. A black fog should do the trick that u cant see the lights on the other sde of the map. With this mod should come working lights, which u can use when u build something (base, fun site etc.) I'm gonna make demo map for u, so you could get the idea better. But i need someone to make the lights.
