I return, from hiatus, to hl2.net baring gifts (Today's daily photo(s)). I've long had taken a keen interest in photography, though I hadn't done much, and have just now invested in a good camera (Nikon D80). I've been experimenting the past two days trying to see what this thing can do and at the same time further familiarize myself with photography. The following are pictures of, well, nothing in particular.

that's a pretty cool backdrop, I think it'd be awesome if you could have gotten in front of the bushes, so it would just be the level plateaus.
