The situation is stable - for now - and the necessary countermeasures are mostly in place, although how long they will hold is another matter.
- dampening locks engaged
- most systems are back online
- Moderation is back in control of main and auxillary systems
- reduced folding, slippage, looping etc

We have a little breathing space, but we're still circulating a fairly fucking profound disturbance and the problem is only delayed, not solved. We're trying to get in contact with the present-day Stern but it's proving difficult amidst all the...incidents.
