This quick test is supposed to tell you if you are right or left brained, depending on which way you see the woman spinning,

Clockwise = Right-brained
Counterclockwise = Left-Brained

I am able to see it spinning both ways by focusing. I guess that makes me whole brained.

This was posted before, I believe by Ennui in the image dump.

It took me a bit but I can see it spinning both ways. Initially I could only see it spinning clockwise, but now I can make it spin clockwise then counter clockwise at will, back and forth, back and forth.

I can also remove the silhouette and see her in her true naked beauty. It's merely a mental illusion that prevents normal people from doing it. Gotta expand your mind, broaden your horizons.

Clockwise usually. Though it seemed to go anti-clockwise for a few seconds in the middle when I looked away and glanced back. She looks like she's going to fall anti-clockwise :s

I saw it both ways eventually, looked weird when it was going anticlockwise.

Then it dawned on me that it just changes direction really quickly and you think its your brain doing it, when really its just she actually spins the other way for a few seconds.

lawl, no she doesn't.

I can confirm this by having her spin either direction by pure will.

Also I can look at the gif file and see it only has one rotation in it's animation data.

There are a whole lot of bullshit tests to see if you are 'left brained' or 'right brained'

The idea being that the left brain is more logical and the right more creative and colourful.

Nice idea. Utter bullshit without a grain of evidence however. The brain is not split into two halves.

Yeah it is. It's not a literal separation, but there is a distinction and they are called the cerebral hemispheres.

The leg passes in front two times every time it goes round. :O

Always went clockwise for me, didn't anything else. So I guess Im fully right brained, which I already knew xD

The cerebrum really is split into halves, connected only by the corpus callosum. Here's a video about a man that has the link severed to correct his severe case of epilepsy.

Sorry I was just staring at her breasts. What was the question again?

BTW, I'm right brained.

The ****? It went clockwise when I came into the thread. Then I left the thread open when I went to the toilet, came back and it was spinning anticlockwise and I couldn't get it going the other way again. Did I shit out my right brain?

EDIT: Clockwise again D:

It's going counter clockwise for me, no matter what I do.

Thank you for making me laugh out loud, in an empty room. My desk is a bit pissed from the coffee on it, but... oh well.

And I'm right-brained, completely and utterly. Creativity=0 :frown:

I got a boner.

Does that mean I'm cock-brained?

"OMG! PR0N!"

Was my first response...
But then the question doesn't really work. Do you mean clockwise from above or below? You can't spin something around an axis that isn't facing you and ask whether it's going clockwise or anti-clockwise without giving a point of reference.

From above, she's going clockwise.

And why isn't this polled?

It always goes clockwise for me, I have never managed to get it to go any other way.

That's fascinating. It always goes clockwise, until you look at the reflection at the bottom for a few seconds, then look back - and it's going anticlockwise. But after a few seconds, it will magically appear to start turning clockwise again.

How utterly bizarre.

The easiest way to make it switch directions is to focus only on the heel, right at the axis of rotation. If you need to just cover up the rest with your hand and just look at the heel and try to see that spinning the other way.

It was counter clockwise for me but later I blinked and it changed! :O

Now it's counter again and I can't get it to go clockwise.

The first time I looked at it it was counter clockwise, but then it changed and started going clockwise, Do my left brain and my right brain take turns?

Clockwise pour moi.

Edit: Shit, it just changed. There was a wierd moment when I was looking at her foot and I suddenly when cross-eyed. When I looked again she was spinning the other way.

You can definitely see it going either clockwise or counter from this perspective.

If it looks like her foot is going to your right in front and your left in back, she will appear to be spinning counter-clockwise. Reverse that for clockwise.

It's not polled because I didn't think to make it one, as it's more of something just for fun.
