Wow, that was great fun. I'll probably buy this when it's actually available just to support the devs. I was playing some RJD2 and it's great to have visualizations on the pace of your music.. it's almost euphoric in a way to just zone out and hit the right bricks, thanks for the awesome find.

Can't figure out how to get the fix to work; when I hit play it doesn't even prompt me for username/password, it just says 'Demo has expired lol".

Check the updater.ini file in your Audiosurf folder. Make sure the app version is either 1 or 2. If it's 3, set it to 2 and delete patchfile.zip from the Audiosurf folder.

I tried to get into it, I just couldn't. Very repetitive and just something I wouldn't go back to.

Here's the thing, in my opinion....

This game is a whole lot of fun... But not for very long.

The problem is that it is very, very narrow. The only real range is the different classes, and even that doesn't offer much.
This game is by no means bad, just rather simplistic. Sure, it's fun to race your favourite songs, but can you see yourself doing it for more than, say a week?

It's just like a couple of minutes of fun and then you go do something else, and come back to it later.
