You know when graphics are getting really good when you can't spot animations and the attitudes of computer characters act real. The only thing that's missing is some human emotion in the eyes. There is just something missing. Very good trailer though.
Aren't they using UE3 for this game? I'm sure that if that's the case, this trailer is basically rendered in real-time.
EA said:Built from the ground-up for next-generation consoles using Digital Illusions' bleeding-edge Frostbite? game engine, Battlefield: Bad Company drops gamers behind enemy lines with a squad of renegade soldiers who risk it all on a personal quest for gold and revenge. Featuring a deep, cinematic single-player experience loaded with adventure and dark humor, the game delivers the series' trademark sandbox gameplay in a universe where nearly everything is destructible.
QFT. Well, it is a Battlefield game. Throwing destructable environments into the mix isn't exactly going to help matters...i think it will look/feel different when there a gun, a hud, all kinds of icon's and a inconsistent frame rate.
Lets hope they manage to smooth it out somewhat being that it's console-only.
Haha, you still believe in 60FPS games !? ... there an urban myth / hoax.I would worship Dice and EA for all eternity if they got this into a solid 60FPS game... but... like that's gonna happen.
Yeah, same. It was pretty hilarious thoughI... what?

Maybe a racing game that is optimized as hell, like GT.
No shooter from now on, that will be released on a platform will have consistant 60 FPS.
