Box Difference?

Alright, so I was about to buy HL2 off of newegg.com, when i realized that they have several different types. One ITEM has the woman on it and costs $12 less than the one with GORDAN on it. However, the one with the woman also says "PC Game ibox" and "HALF LIFE 2 IMPORT" on the page. I want to get it asap, anyone know the differences?

The difference in price is becuase

Saved some money buying this import version with only a hotkey list and the installation CD's.

But there isn't really a downside to getting this? It should work fine and have HL2 and CS:S?
