color problem

Ok, in some certain parts in both HL@ and CS:S the oclor gets all weird. Check the link I posted and try viewing the image from the top so you can see some sort of ranbowish color on the tunnel. It's worse on cs:s as it affects the gun. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

I don't see anything really wrong with that picture. It isn't of the best quality or I guess you can't see it too clearly there but the pattern you see is actually the threads in the drain. It's supposed to be there.
