Combine masks

In one of the posts before someone put in a link to a picture of a mask that looks identical to the combine gas masks but i cant seem to find it anywhere so if anyone knows could you please tell me. Thanks.

Yea, the mask is russian. There was a whole thread start whether the combine are russians or not.
