Combine Soldiers genderless? *spoilers*

I'm abit confused about the nature of the "enhancement" of the combine soldiers.. In Nova Prospekt or abit before that, you saw a Combine soldier with only his pants on a ca mera, and if you clicked a button it changed to a naked soldier, who seemed to have no genitals.

But at the start of the game you can hear the female radio chatter saying something like "Get 100 points and you'll be rewarded with non-mechanical reproduction", and there's a grafitti image (the one i use as avatar) with a soldier holding a supposedly "enhanced" baby (due to it's blue eyes)..

I've only gotten to Anticitizen One, perhaps the answer is ahead? What do you guys think?

there was a concept drawing of a female combine assassin before. so i think they had genders, but they removed the female ones. if you think about it it doesn't really make sense - because combines don'y need to reproduce, all the combine soldiers are artificially made.
that reward is probably for the human combine overwatches (like barney)

If I remember rightly, a female citizen says that if she joined the CPs, she'd a least get a decent meal (This was at the Trainstation?). The Combine may be an evil race bent on human destruction, but at least they aren't sexist ^^. Perhaps they are Genderless... I should imagine for the Soldiers and Elites at least to be Genderless. They're a Cybernetic army and not there to reproduce. The Metrocops are composed of Males and Females, it's just impossible to tell which are which under their armour... If the Combine Assassin was still in, it could still well be Genderless: they'd just use Females as a Base, because (if Metal Gear Solid ever said anything that made sense), Women make the best Assassins. (Or was that Snipers?).

i checked the model via the model viewer. on of the dudes we see on the screen IS a combine soldier. the rest are stalkers. i am sure.
