Howdy y'all.
Ok,you all know in Deathmatch you can open up a console by pressing the "`" button and you can voteban/votekick/votemap and spectate and all that,but server administrators can,you know,teleport people,give themselves "noclip" and weapons and health,but how do they do it?Do they do it in the console or do they do it a different way?Anyway can tell me please?
