Let me try to bridge the gap here between you cell2k7 and the rest of the people here.

If I could offer a few suggestions:

You guys are focussing on the wrong things at the moment. Concept art is fine ONCE you have a clear understanding of what each character class is going to be doing otherwise you'll spend your time drawing wings on a alien only to find out it needs fins.

There are templates for design docs out there. Find them, study them.. Use them. Once you have a solid design plan laid out, then start looking at concept art. Having concept art with no clear concise published idea is bad. Having a clear concise plan which you then start designing art around is a good idea.

The first thing to do is find a solid mod leader who is willing to take the time to put everything together and capable of coming up with the ideas needed to at least build a framework. That person should take some time and study what other mods are already doing, and make sure your idea isn't already being done by someone else who is much farther along than you (no sense in having a game in your mind called Day of Doom which pits Axis vs. Allied forces without putting a new spin on it.

Then take the next step by having a clear concise website (or forum) that works as an outline. Have it contain the backstory, game style (is it Single player, multi-player), perhaps even the objective and as many details about the game as you can.

Put that together with a character/class list and some details of how they will play.

If you are looking for team members, start by figuring out what you need first , then post for that single job. Take your time and write a somewhat professional looking request for help. Think outside the box and try other online communities where people who do that job hang out.

I know when you start a mod how tempting you are to go public with your first few pieces of art as they get completed. But it's much better for you to take that time and get the foundation laid so you have that extra stuff ready when you do have that foundation.

Also to your last post Cell2k7.. You came here and posted, it's your responsibility to provide as much information as you possibly can to people YOU are trying to recruit to work (for free) on your mod. People don't want to waste their time on mods that will end up dying after a short time when there are other mods that are clamouring for talent that have their stuff together and are a good shot to be completed.

Hope this helps you guys.. PM me if you want to talk again, I'd be happy to try to give some advice.
