CS: Server Config

Does anyone know the setting to use for the "config.cfg" file in order to give players the menu options when they're TK'd?

I was on a server that gave you 4 options when you were team killed: "Kill person that killed you", "Blind the person that killed you", "Keep them from playing the next round", "Forgive".... something like that anyway.

We wanna set our lan server up like this but cannot find the command.

I was on a server like that earlier...I think it's a mod, not an out of the box feature.

Interesting... I wonder how many other mods like that are out there. I'm new to the server thing and wanna build one up.
