Disable SMG Nades and Trip-Mines on Dedicated Server

I wish to remove the SMG nades and trip-mines.
Is this possible?

I'm not sure why you would want to take out nades, but here's how you do it:

"I found a way to remove weapons from an existing Deathmatch map. Download .NET 1.1 utility and install then download ented.exe. The ented.exe will open .bsp files and you can edit them. Thank you for all your help, the response was overwelming."

^^That will not cause the client to download the edited version of the map, so you can edit whatever you like (including items)

That only resulted in Engine errors, unless I did it incorrectly.
