After two days of reveals across the course of about a week, the third and likely final day of the new Foreseer's Contract update for Dota 2 has finally been unveiled. As shown by the comic released back on Day 1, Phantom Assassin and the newly introduced Oracle are teaming up for the "Nemesis Assassin Event", a mini-game activated once a player with the new Manifold Paradox arcana set equipped enters the match.
From the time of the update's release until December 7th 2014, heroes will be selected on a daily basis as nemeses for Phantom Assassin, who is then provided an in-game contract ordering them to kill the selected hero(es). If Phantom Assassin is able to kill any of the selected heroes a contract will be "Fulfilled", and it will be "Denied" should she fail. Depending on whether the winning team receives the Fulfilled or Denied contract at the end of a match, they will be awarded one of two trophies and the potential for a "cluster-drop" of items.
As more heroes are killed continuously each day, they will be placed into the Graveyard, where they can no longer be selected as targets, likely whittling down weaker opponents, such as supports, while creating stronger and stronger opponents, such as Offlaners or Carries.
