It is actually the stupid network filter that I access internet from. I can't change anything about that but if I had a mirror I might be able to download it then.

Lame, VCU has a download quota for student webspace. I miss UVa, where they didn't give a crap about throughput.

If anyone can host this I'll be happy to send it to them through AIM, IRC, etc.
