Engine error (Mountfilesystem)???

When I try to launch Gmod9, it goes back to my desktop and gives me an error that says...


MountFileSystem( 241 ) failed:
SteamMountFileSystem(5848,241,0x1a1bfc64=,0x1a1bfd64) failed with error 5: No
Steam Content Servers are avalable
