I can't spawn Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist ragdolls in Garry's Mod but I can spawn all the Hostages and Counter-Strike: Source physics props and Couter-Strike: Source content is definetly enabled. What the hell? Is there a console command where I can spawn these ragdolls?

Isn't there a HL2 version and a CS:S version of Garry's Mod? (When I downloaded it to see what all the fuss was about, it was)
