errors suck

but i have some wierd ones in my map and i check for problems, nothing.

so i compiled again, and i have this

now i know it has to do with the "zero area child patch" but WTF is that?

NOTE* i cancelled VRAD so i didnt have to sit through a full compile again. but i get this before VRAD but VRAD has to run
 
zero area child patch:
A solid in your level has a face with no area. My guess is that VRAD is trying to create a lightmap for a face that doesn't exist. Maybe you have an invalid brush? First check hammers problemchecker (alt+p in hammer).
