Etherea: Dark Genesis is an MMORPG currently in early development found at www.etherea-dg.com

The team is a well rounded one with people in every area, but at the moment we have more concept artists than modelers and textuerers and we need more in both of those areas.

Everyone on the team is working on a volunteer basis pre-launch, this may change post-launch if the game does well. This is a good chance for many to build resumes and help a small time MMORPG launch and hopefully supply a lot of fun for many. We are serious about our work but we love to have fun as well.

If you can model or texture and you are interested please email me at [email protected] if you can please include links to your work.

I'm not going to bother pointing out the fact that it's rather stupid to try and make an MMORPG on the Source engine, nor that you have very little legible information on your site besides a storyline.

Randomly picking engines is badddd :(

We did not randomly choose an engine and the engine we are using is made for building MMORPG's. It's Realm Crafter, www.realmcrafter.com

It's not a multi thousand dollar engine by far but it looks very hopeful and it's open source will make it where we can make games based on the quality of our developers and not the engine.

If you have any questions about the game please let me know, the story line is all I could put at the time but I hope to put concept art and what not up soon.

This is a Half-Life 2 site. Not a general gaming site. If you post in the modifications or help wanted sections, people assume you're using Source.

I applogize but I didn't think it was limited to half life engines or help positions as I thought I saw other people using different engines.

Should I edit/delete the post or is it fine.

It's fine, you just might want to specify.

Previous comments withdrawn, by the way, since I didn't know it wasn't on Source.
