edit:I do realize that Eureka 7 is a NGE rip-off,but the characters have wayyy more depth then then Shenji,Rei or Asuka.
Also it makes 10x more sense then NGE did.

Your right, The characters in Eureka 7 DO have more depth then those other shows.

NGE makes perfect sense and the characters have hidden depths. Just like Half-Life you work for the story and secrets, they dont give them to you. Ill watch this show and give you an opinion on them but nothing i have every watched before has even come close to NGE.

I like this show too. If I remember right, its about this girl who hunts "soul collectors"(I think). She apparently isn't human, but is living on earth. It's been a while since I've seen it though.

I know what Inuyasha is, that wasn't what I was trying to describe. Maybe I do have it mixed up with another show however.

On the topic of anime, just got done watching Cowboy Bebop. Not exactly a story heavy series, but it did have a pretty damn styly ending.

I really enjoyed the ending to Scrapped Princess...and Chrono Crusade was pretty good, though not a happy ending, an ending none the less that was fitting.
