Film Editing Question - PPro2.0

Just a small question, I've seen done before but I never figured out myself

I want to merge two frames, so they look like one with the two objects together; instead of apart.

For example -

1st Film strip is of a the Jalopy driving:
Image 1

2nd Film strip is of a Jeep driving the same trail:
Image 2

I want to put them together so the film looks like the Jeep is tailing the Jalopy. I am using Premier Pro 2.0...
Any suggestions? :/

Mmm.

The program to do this is After effect, which I don't own.
The only other way is to crop the image separately, however my objects move right across the screen.

Looks like Zephos needs to up and get off his arse.
