Flashlight Problems

Hey guys i'm playing HL2 , and my flashlight kinda sucks, the specs of my computer are low, so i tried this

i copied the commands to my config.cfg and played , it worked well, but when i ran the game the second time it didnt work, i did it again and it worked,tell me a way oUT!

Try making your config.cfg read only after setting it up.

Make a new file in the same folder as config.cfg, call it "autoexec.cfg", put your commands in there and save it... done. Hope this helps.

Oh yeah didn't think about that, BakonGuys's solution is actually better.

guys do i have to put only those commands in autoexec.cfg or the whole command list. ill try both.
