Gman sighting not in offical game guide...

Hey all,

I was just messing around in hl2 tonight and found another gman sighting ive never need before... I looked in the Prima offical game guide book and its not even listed in there... is there more sightings you can find? or did I find one they missed?

That one, and the one on, I think, Water Hazard where he's standing on the rail over the canal, I thought were citizens. I spotted them both the first time I played the game, and was thinking "Why do they keep looking at me and walking away?" Then I read a thread on the Steam forums devoted to G-Man sightings and felt so stupid.

It's not in the Prima guide? Weird.

yeah its in the chapter Water Hazard and he is on the dam. At first I thought he was a soldier in the distance so i zoomed in and he was gone by then, so I waited and waited for him to come back so I could pop him with the 357 but he never came back so I walked down there and no was was there I was like wtf? so I reloaded and came up to the same spot and zoomed in as quick as I could and sure enough it turns out it was the Gman

Edit: Yeah DannyC, the one with him standing on the rail over the canal is in the book and yes the one in Water Hazard where he is standing on the dam in the screenshot I posted isnt in the book hehe

I'm certain Prima didn't miss it, it just simply wasn't there when they played the build of the game Valve handed to them. Like how they missed out Gman talking to Cubbage - we know Prima didn't miss it because they checked the binocs at the coast house, and in the screens you can see he wasn't there.

And the chapter "Benefactory" is now "Our Benefactors"...Not a mistake, simply something that wasn't in.
