Personally, I think Finland deserved the gold medal. They fought extremely well and didn't lose a single match (!) in the entire tournament. Though I'm glad we made it into the finals and won. Huzzah!
After the laughable effort we made in Salt Lake City 02, I'm very impressed by what we've managed to do now.

7 Gold medals, 2 Silver medals and 5 Bronze medals… that’s pretty ****ing impressive if you ask me.

like i said in the Olympics thread...i like both Finland and Sweden and they played to get to the gold medal game.

anyway both teams have really come a long ways as far as winning goes because skill never really was a question for Swedish or Finnish players.
