Good card for £150

My friend is going to buy that PC, but he wants a better card than the current one (512mg 7300se)

Can you recommend a good solid card for £150 or less, and how much better performance wise it would be?

Also, are the Conroe chips 64 bit or just Dual Core?
Forgive me, i'm still a noob by your standards.

Core 2 Duo is 32/64bit. Obviously you would have to run a 64bit OS to use that part (just like with Athlon 64's). I'd just get the 64bit version of Vista but stick with 32bit Windows XP for now.
