Half Life 2 Coupon for the peoples who lives outside US/Can

I live in Italy. I have the coupon from my 9800XT package, so:
If I want the HL2 box instead of downloading it from stream(because 56k) they will send via mail?
The problem is: They will send the box outside US and Canada?
I checked ATi site: In the customer section i checked to get HL2 offer question with eMail, but i can contact them with a telephone number! :flame:
I'm full of doubts

Your English is better than many native English speakers here.
Personally I'm not sure how it's working either although I heard that you'd get sent a version similar to the bundled software you'd usually get with a graphics card or whatever. Basically, not a proper boxed version, which is why I'ma pop off down the shops to get mine.

You could DL it from Steam faster on a 56k than it'd take to mail it to you from Valve.

you will need to sign up w/ati and fill out some form and mail in some stuff to get the retail box. i would have done it but i lost my recipe :flame:

What if I have the coupon and I want to upgrade it from "normal" to "collectors edition"? it's possible to pay the diference and get the box too?

If it's not posible I'll do a good gift to a friend and I will get collectors in stores
