Half-Life 2 Mod-Maker's Guide

Anyone know what will be included in this guide? How many pages? I've never messed with creating a mod before but would love to try when HL2 ships so I plan on getting this book, just hope it will be thick and full of info!

Why would you buy a guide to making a mod for a game, let alone the SDK, that isn't out yet? Seriously, you don't need a guide for making a mod, and if you do need one, get one that's not just about mods, but retail games too. Maybe a guide to being a game designer or something.

Gabe stated in an interview that Prima worked closely with Valve during production of HL2 to make the books/guides. So expect there to be alot of info and expect 'em to be good.

I might get them just to make a collection...
