Hammer problem

Ok, I'm new here so I hope this is the right area to post this. I've been using Hammer for a while now and have never had any huge substantial problems with it yet. However when I was trying to load a level that I've been working on for run, it gave me an error. I was able to fix this though. My problem was that somehow when "Run Map" popped up, the option "Don't run game after compiling" was unchecked. So I checked it (someone else in a tut had said to) and then it got to the "Compile Process Window" Usually it does something, the window dissapears and the level starts. But for some odd reason it keeps getting stuck on this compiling window. It was working 2 days ago, so I have no clue what I did. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Meaning? It couldn't just be the trigger if that is what you mean. Other levels that I try where it is just me in an empty room don't even work.
 
Any other help with this? It was seriously working just a while back, and I really don't want to do a complete re-installation to get it working again.
