Hehe very interesting, that would truly be a horrible world to live in without basic emotions. Although i wouldn't expect the earth to be still supporting human life in 102,000. It's beyond anyones mind to comprehend, that this is only the beginning and we would be HUGELY backwards compared to them. :borg:
 
Stupid question but does that big guy look like Adolf Hitler? And anyway, i am already 6'5", intelligent and fit...that must mean and evolutionarily superiour to the vast majority of members of here....pwned.
 
I doubt our technology will completely override our desires to be with real people of our own kind. Thus social skills will stay adequate, and genes won't really change too much, except for what is introduced in genetically altered babies.

Perhaps they mean that they are 100,000 years more advanced than the rest of humanity.
 
This article is pretty ****ing stupid, and similar predictions have been made before. Most of the assertions are based on very short-term aspects of human behaviour and fashions... e.g. 'jaws will recede from not having to chew because of processed food' - processed food has been a major part of the west's diet for less than a hundred years, and current trends and understanding will probably see it recede in less than that amount of time. Stupid tabloid fodder.

Now someone tell me it's from an credible academic study... Not that I imagine anything like this could be scientifically asserted.
