Help with tutorials

Hello, community.
I downloaded the SDK yesterday, and within the hour, i already made the "your first HL2DM level", with a couple of changes and aditions of my own...
But, searching the VERC page, and others, i havent found a simple and/or clear tutorial wich could explain me how to make/use triggers, glass, music, and others...
If you know a site that has a tutorial or instructions for this, please let me know. I have a lot of good proyects in mind, and you can't imagine what it is like to have them locked up in your mind because i can find my way around these ishues...
