BBFC stands for "British Board of Film Classification". Kinda like the MPAA and ESRB in America, except that they handle both movies and games, were as in America there are two different companies.

As for PHL, it sounds like they're trying to be as conservative with the gold thing as possible. I can't say I blame 'em. Better safe than sorry.

BBFC....mmmmmmm bain of my existance. God i remeber..it was like they were clasifying cool films (when i was younger that is) to just be too old for me. And now im old enough..for well everything, they bloody bring out "12a" and suddenly i see kids with me in Alien Versus Predator!! i mean wtf...
