That's a model you can download from CS. Someone must've converted it. And it's not even a USP match, it's a Glock.

Its a silver glock, it has gordons arms so its most likely sven_coop and not counterstrike or anything, the hud can easily be changed with addons.

It has to be Sven Co Op The little bar on the side with the timer there is for if you set it to play mp3's in game.
