Does anyone know where i can download a legit gasworks map for half life 1 deathmatch?
i downloaded the bsp off of file planet and i put the bsp into the 'maps' folder,
but when i go to load it, the console says its an invalid bsp file!

If you connect to a server playing that map you should download it automatically, right?

Why isn't it already in Half-Life Deathmatch Source?

if you go and look for them, there are a few servers that are 24/7 gasworks maps, so jst join one of those servers and it will download automaticaly. If you can't find and in hl1, then buy opposing force, i can garantee you there are some there.

Turns out gasworks wasn't an official map as such: http://planethalflife.gamespy.com/View.php?view=LOTW.Detail&id=51
I think it was added when Half-Life was put on Steam.

Randy Lundeen works at Valve. So yes, that makes it an official map.
