How do I pickup items

I am in the ramp area and have a crowbar in my hands. I want to pick up the concrete blocks and lay them onto the ramp but the "e" button does not work when I have a something in my hand. What do I need to do in order to pickup the blocks.

Check your settings. Maybe you switched the "E" to a different letter. Because it should work.

Don't need them anyhowz, just get on the end away from the ledge and when you are at the lowest point sprints like all crazy and jump
