It wasn't designed as a stand alone ex pack but a short little extra game that came free with the Dreamcast version of HL. The Dreamcast version was axed so Valve decided to sell it to PC owners. And you probably got it for free off Steam so don't complain.

Because in the end of Blue shift Barney Eli and Kleiner (None of the names are correctly spelled ... I DID IT WITH PURPOSE !! HA!) escapes from black mesa thay are probebly the only survivors. thay escape in a cute little white car.
