Yep, Gabe actually registered and announced the source code leak right here on Halflife2.net (if you find his user account, Gabe Newell, you can find the thread). It was our 5 minutes of fame, as screencaps or quotes from HL2.net were featured on CNN, in Rolling Stone, and a bunch of other media that covered the leak.

Nice find Hool, I hadn't seen this and I love anything to do with Valve/HL even if I know it all already.
