Inability to join team in CS:S map.

I can't seem to join a team in a map I created. It says both teams are full. And in hammer it spawns a guy and i cant get the box any bigger it looks like the gordon freeman!!!

that entitiy that looks liek gordon is your info_playerstart.
for CS:S you need to make
info_player_terrorist and info_player_cterrorist

make sure they are a little bit above the ground or it wont recognize them... i had this problem before.
