Intel 3.0c + corsair xms4000

I bought asus 875 motherboard with intel 3.0c running at 800FSP. I am trying to buy corsair memory but there is many types ddr400, ddr433, ddr467 and the latest ddr500.

my? is intel 3.0c without overclocking its front side bus which runs at 200MHz would be OK when installing DDR500 or DDR467.

becuase I read that when installing memory which runs above 400MHz you need to overclock the FSP to take advantage of its performance.

Unless your planning on overclocking then DDR400 is fine. Anything else just allows you to overclock with out having to worry about maxing out your ram. Oh and its FSB: Front Side Bus.
