My brother wipes cookies constantly and it's annoying since I have to relog on to every bloody forum I go onto, can I stop him from wiping the cookies, i'd imagine he uses maxthon to wipe cookies or internet options.

haha funny, its great when you're a kid. you first get the net on ya slow computer and 56k modem... looking up porn takes forever and then you have to cover your tracks... oh the memories...

just use firefox, hide the icon so he doesnt use it and he'll keep using IE.

If you set up your own windows account surely your cookies will be saved to your own personal folder. You could make it read only or something.

That's an idea, try making all your forum cookies read only.

You could copy & paste the cookies that are most important (e.g. forums with passwords), then save them into a different folder somewhere. When your bro wipes them, just copy & paste them back.

I think that'd work. Also, you could stick a shortcut to the Cookies folder inside the folder that you copy & pasted the cookies to so you don't have to navigate around a lot. That's for lazy people like me.

Just save your settings for a site, like a little footprint on your computer, in a text file(or something like that).

For example the cookie for this forum will automatically log you in each time you come here if you ask it to.

Some website's cookies are annoying.
