this is what you do.

sit down on the floore. close your eyes. relax take big breths. now focus and try to conect to the chenal with your mind. this is a triky part, but you have to focuse real hard.

when you are conected you just talk normaly to the people in the chat room.:dozey:

I don't mind keeping this thread open because all I have to do it send that channel to an IRCop and he'll shut it down.
