In the tweeted first photo it translates:

And person is supposively some from a German TV show, so do you think this is legit? Fake? Or not HL?

Walls look rather computer generated and the orange part of the railing. Notice the cursor.

The person who posted these is a gaming journalist, but if he's bound by NDA why would he post these? I think we'll know more if Valve asks him to take them down, or if they do nothing then we know its nothing. But in any event, its a good way to end your journalist career!
