Mirrors / Torrents for IGN Insider vids?

Anyone know of any mirrors or .torrents for the IGN insider videos? I've heard they're a bit easier on the eyes than the 600+ mb monstrosity I'm getting right now via Bittorrent. List 'em here if you've got 'em.

I think the IGN Insider video is the same as the Gamespy one. Their parent company is called IGN Gamespy now.

Yeah, I heard about the buyout (which is NUTS, I mean, come on) but I've seen a few posts saying that IGN has the two videos separately and they seem to be better quality feeds than the unified Gamespy one. Can anyone confirm this?

I heard that in another thread as well. Apparently the pure insiders ones are higher quality..
