Im going to edit this post with tnew info as i see fit.
I have no hope of ever being able to make this mod. I brought it to this forum in hopes of finding a group of modders that would be able and willing to do this or something along the lines of me and a few friends idea.
First off I intend this to be a Multiplayer mod.

All character races can be played in 3rd or fist person. Its more of a personal preferance.
Maps:
One map idea:
Its in a city, that is war-torn in the center on the city a nuke was dropped there. In the center all there is a crater and it slowly goes to normal the farther you get a way from the center. You can access a tunnel system that runs under the city (catacombs, sewer system). There are little crators that you can access these (previous bombings). this owuld be about 50 years after the bombing that has never been cleaned up. Rubble is still there. Vines are growing up the sides of walls uncontroled, mnay of the builings have large holes that you can go inside. and there should be 2 forms of this map a day and night version.

All of the traditional stuff like pistols, rifles, ect.
Air Rocket:
very loud(stuns the bugs that are near it)
Shoots out a wave of air
not very strong but knocks opponents away or disorients them
no ammo but long charge time
Tranquilizer Rifle:
Rocket Launcher:
Grenade launcher
More will be listed at a later date and more will be constructed if this mod gets picked up
Vehicles
As of right now tantamine and I beleive there shoud only be transport vehicles in objective type games

the typical slow and strong creature.
It towers over the Human.
Able to lift cars and toss them.
Able to take the most damage.
These (if this can be done) should have bad vision, but notices movement very well.

Advantages:
- Regenerate health
- Lots of armor and Health
- Stongest melee
- Can use very large weapons
- Can pick up large objects
Disadvantages:
- Large target
- it is big so it cannot go into small buildings.
- Slow
The Psychic :
- Evolved Humans that sacrificed strength for intelligence and speed
- Slightly smaller than Humans
Advantages:
- Psychic Powers such as Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, ect.
- Quicker, more agile than humans
- able to jump off walls
- can jump higher than humans
- melee is fast
- Ability to drain energy from oppenents dead body for more power
- Low health and almost no armor
- cannot use vehicles
- Can only use pisols as a ranged weapons
- very weak
Instinctive bug-thing:
Something not human, that is the perfect hunter.
(i really can't explain how it looks, just kinda like the alien in the fact that it is insectiod)

- Able to jump very high and far
- Body is a weapon
- see in the dark
- hearing is very good
- can climb walls
- little stronger than the human
Disadvantages:
- Light is amplified outside (so its hard to see)
- Loud sounds stun it
- lowest health and armor

- Geomod (but creates some rubble)
- All objects have the ability to do damage
- All objects have mass
- Blood loss and vision distortion
- good physics
Basic Gameplay:
- Fast paced First/third person shooter
- Almost all objects are throwable
- upgradable weapons (pick up items randomly dropped off of enemies killed)
- Psychic get upgrades through draining a dead enemy(over time)
- The instinctive bug-thing evolves from kills.
- Mutant gets upgrades too
- Games are expected to be long
- race has special abilities that will be hidden (like Mortal Kombats cool moves)

- confuses and drugs opponents(wavy screen, focus, fading, ect)
- cannot kill
Rocket Launcher:
- Only usable by mutants
- Rocket is slow (relatively speaking)
- very powerful
- low ammo long reload time
- can be exploded in mid flight by user
Grenade launcher
- strong, very strategic
- grenades can stick to most surfaces as they have large spikes
- proximity mine, smoke grenade, flashbang
- listed above are the different types of ammo
