NASA photo shows man on Mars

Okay. This thread isn't so much about detailing the discovery since I'm sure you guys have heard it, as it is illustrating the fact that people are idiots.

Fools. I can't even believe this is getting air time. I only bring it up because I've seen it mentioned on CNN, and now I see it on the yahoo front page being talked about... pfft.

That is the image in question. Obviously to the unintelligent it does look like it could be a bigfoot styled walking man. But anybody with half a brain can tell this is simply a trick being played on us.

And if not by the way I show here, then by another method. It's simply the shadowed curvature of the rock formation as it bends around, and the 'top soil' blends in with the more distant 'top soil' of a lower elevation.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm sure I might be wrong in the way the rock surface curves around, but still... same concept.

What they should do is trek the rover back over there and take a picture of the same area. If it is still there, then everyone will be quiet. The image isn't new, it was taken in 2004.
