ok,this might already be known,but if you noclip back up to where the vortigaunt cooks are youll see somthing green on the tble that a vortigaunt was mashign with a meat cleaver,and then if you look to your left youll see a fried,poisoned(not poisonous,poisened with somthing green) dead headcrab with half cut off..

Theres a vortigaunt cooking a headcrab on a stick in route canal i think in some tunnel. Thats quite entertaining, but widely known about. I've been in that room with the vortigaunt before, and met David Blaine on the lower levels. I don't have a picture, but the 2nd picture in this HL2 Comic shows the place, and you can't really see it. (btw i don't like HL2 comics and that one kills me!) Where abouts is the snark then in that picture, i cannot recall.

Anyway, that big thing on the left looks too big to be a snark, and doesn't fit with a houndeye...especially with the fact their not in HL2. I say it looks like the legs are from an ant-lion, colour kind of fits too, perhaps a bit small...but maybe it was a younger ant-lion...pfft who knows.

They didn't say that Houndeyes aren't on Earth during HL2, just that they wouldn't be in game. (Think to the Cremator head in a jar, they use old models for fun)

Little did they know, the citizens didn't like Vortigaunt cooking so they started one anyway. Also, NEVER let a Vortigaunt sweep a trainstation floor. If you go over there, he's obviously doing a poor job!
